Susan Lieu, Seattle Shaper Alum, is a Vietnamese-American Playwright, Performer & Producer.  Her acclaimed solo theatrical show, 140 LBS: HOW BEAUTY KILLED MY MOTHER, is the true story of how her mother died from plastic surgery malpractice and her search for the man responsible for her death.  Susan uses performance art as a vehicle to create space for healing on “hush” topics related to trauma, body insecurity, mental illness, and death.
