In “The Power of Vulnerability,” one of the Top 10 most watched TED Talks, Brené Brown outlines how vulnerability is the birthplace of courage and the other meaning-making experiences in our lives.  This inward-focused workshop will create a safe space for Shapers to practice vulnerability with their peers as a means to community connection.  Performance artist Susan Lieu will role model vulnerability with an excerpt of her one-woman show 140 LBS: HOW BEAUTY KILLED MY MOTHER, review a framework for healing and then have folks share their own vulnerable stories in small groups.
